CCG rebrands and expands to form Three Point Group (3PG)

Alpharetta, GA – August 14th, 2009 - Contractors Consulting Group announced today the formation of Three Point Group (3PG), lead by partners Jeff Harkness, Jay Prange, Kevin Kehoe and Frank Ross. Three Point Group (3PG) will be headquartered in Alpharetta, GA and will have additional offices in Chicago, IL and Laguna Niguel, CA. The company provides strategic growth, business management and exit strategy services to middle market business owners and their
companies.

Jeff Harkness, Managing Partner of 3PG, explains the dynamics of the new venture. “The team is excited about expanding our business model. Now more than ever we can service clients on a national and international basis providing a one stop shop solution for advice on growing smarter, increasing profits, and executing an exit strategy. Three Point Group will combine the synergies between several practices that, while already successful, will now leverage individual strengths to build a national network with which our clients can partner.”

Kevin Kehoe has authored several books written specifically for business owners, including “Meetings That Work”, “Enhancing Leadership Impact”, “The Selling Advantage”, “How to Build A Five Year Plan”, and “The Little Red Book of Sales and Customer Service”. “Together, we will be able to utilize our management and industry experience to build better companies, accelerate organic growth, buy-out competitors, and incubate and position companies for a planned and orderly exit when the timing is right.”

The current recession, credit crunch, and competitive pricing pressures have increased the demand for 3PG’s services. Jay Prange, whose background combines expertise in operational finance and accounting, explains that “We’re receiving calls every day from business owners who did well several years ago, but are not sure how to react to the new market we live in today.
